I went through a regular checkup and came to know that I have bladder stone. I was shocked as I am very particular about my diet and workout. I have researched pages on Google about bladder stone and came to know that its a common thing. The good thing was its not bothering me so I was not taking it seriously.

Gall bladder is a pear shape, hollow structure under the liver. It provides bile juice that helps in digestion of food in small intestine. The Actual Rosacea Diet to Lessen the Symptoms

Rosacea is the form of acne which affects the skin of face and the worst thing with it is it cannot be cured. The most area of face which gets affected is the chin, forehead and the nose areas. The symptoms of the rosacea are:

If you are fond of spices and find that it’s irritating your skin then immediately stop eating spices and tries out less spicy and less oily food. It has seen many times that the fried food makes the skin oilier and the pores gets blocked which is a bad symptom for the rosacea. In this case strictly avoid the oily and fried food.
